MeditationCoach.ing is…

  • For Coaches, Teachers, & Therapists sharing meditation with their clients and looking for support.

  • For serious Practitioners aiming for high-level meditative attainments.

  • For accomplished Meditators working on “integration” & “waking down.”

  • An Integral approach, focused on Waking Up, Cleaning Up, Growing Up, Opening Up, & Showing Up.

  • Not limited to formal meditation practice, this includes all of life and its multi-dimensionality.

  • Both Process and Results-oriented. We’ll focus both on specific aims one has in mind, as well as the processes & practices best suited for those aims, without confusing or conflating the two.

Vince Fakhoury Horn is part of a new generation bringing dharma, meditation, & mindfulness to life in the 21st century. A computer engineering dropout turned full-time meditator, Vince spent his 20s co-founding the ground-breaking project, Buddhist Geeks, while simultaneously doing a full year, in total, of silent retreat practice. Vince began teaching in 2010 and has since been authorized in both the Pragmatic Dharma lineage of Kenneth Folk, and by Trudy Goodman (InsightLA) & Jack Kornfield of (Spirit Rock Meditation Center) in the Insight Meditation tradition. Since then he has spent thousands of hours supporting individuals, groups, & organizations in incorporating meditation practice into their lives.

Vince has been called a “power player of the mindfulness movement” by Wired magazine and was featured in Wired UK’s “Smart List: 50 people who will change the world.” In 2022 he co-founded a new venture, focused on improving the mental health & well-being of all humans using Multiplayer Meditation, called Interbeing Inc. Frequently Asked Questions

  • My monthly retainer for coaching ranges from $175 to $840 per month based on the coaching configuration–ex: 1-on-1 vs small group–and the amount of time I spend on our coaching engagement. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out — I’ll work with you to find a plan that meets your needs.

  • While I work on a monthly basis I like to check-in every 3 months, or after key milestones, so we can mutually decide how long to continue working together.

I’ve found that trust is something that is earned, and that if I’m delivered useful coaching that you’re taking advantage of, a long-term relationship based on mutual trust can emerge.

I’ve also found that there are natural points at which it makes sense to part ways, having done together what needs to be done.

  • I won’t ask you sign any contracts, or to make big upfront payments. I do ask for an initial 3 month time + energy commitment, though, because I find it’s helpful to set a time frame for us to work together without having to re-evaluate after each session.

  • One-on-one coaching clients can text me with questions that are either pressing, or might benefit from more reflection, between sessions. For group clients I ask that you bring your questions to the live group meetings.

  • I work with dedicated meditators aiming to integrate the depths of practice with the fullness of life, including:
